In September Excellent Companion David Williams APGP  and Jo were in the USA as Jo had been nominated for a world -wide award for her work, having won 1st prize in the UK.

Dave and Jo were passing by New York Grand Lodge and decided to pop in to see if they could look around, when on entering, they were greeted by the Grand Master of New York MW. Jeffrey M Williamson. In turn they passed on the best wishes of our Provincial Grand Master  RWBro Stephen M Blank and the Province of Cheshire. They chattered for a while about masonry in general and the Tercentenary of the Grand Lodge of England in particular.

There were other Acting Grand officers there, who were very welcoming and we all wished we’d had more time to discuss masonry both sides of the pond.

Jeffrey will be attending the Tercentenary Celebrations at the Royal Albert Hall in London, on October 31st., where they hope to bump into each other again.
