Tarporley Lodge Support their Local Hospital

Members of Tarporley Lodge 5431 Lodge generously donated £500 towards their Local Hospital which relies on voluntary donations to keep it in operation. The hospital first opened its doors as a memorial to those who died in the First World War, now its 16 beds and Consultant rooms act as a buffer between the main feeder hospitals and home care, it provides an important part in supporting local GP’s and the NHS. WBro George Mann APGM explained the Hospital needs over £1,000,000 every year to keep the service functioning and hoped that the generous donation from Tarporley Lodge members would go some way to show Freemasons support the local community.
