St. Oswalds Lodge No.2992 in Malpas celebrated the Initiation of Brother Ismael Aumeerally on Wednesday 6th February 2019. The ceremony was conducted by Worshipful Master Mark Price and his team and was thoroughly enjoyed by visiting brethren from across the Province of Cheshire and from as far away as London.

Brother Aumeerally has been interested in Freemasonry for several years and has many friends that are Freemasons across the United Kingdom. He has recently settled with his family in a village close to Malpas and first expressed interest in joining St. Oswalds when he approached the Lodge stand at the Malpas Summer Fair in July.

A wonderful ceremony was followed by an excellent festive board, during which the new Initiate gave a very warm and heartfelt response to the toast by his Proposer and Seconder – which suggested that Brother Aumeerally will quickly become an integrated and valued member of St. Oswalds.
