Neuro Muscular Centre Receives Help from Freemasons

The Neuro-Muscular Centre (NMC) at Winsford serves the whole country in the care and treatment of patients who suffer with muscular dystrophy. It has strong links with clinics at Oswestry, Walton, Preston, Newcastle, Birmingham and London. The unit recently expanded its treatment rooms where patients come for a day or more and receive expert help and therapy. The centre desperately needs funds for its special beds and lifting equipment, freemasonry has stepped in to help; thanks to the assistance of Tarporley Lodge where they generosity donated £500 to the cause.

WBro George Mann APGM recently presented a cheque to Lyndsey Cannon-Potts which will be used to buy equipment for the centre. Area Five recently made a £1000 donation to the Centre from the Community Fund, see news item 29 November 2016. Thanks to Freemasons and others the Winsford centre continues to provide relief to so many who pass through its doors.
