Freemasons Help Nicola’s and Children

Nicola’s Fund is a charity based around a very sad story of a little girl called Nicola who died of cancer and before she passed away donated all here savings to children who are suffering with Cancer so they and their family could go on holiday. The scheme started 10 years ago has already sent 50 families to Centre Parks from money raised. It costs circa £1,000 to send a family for one week. Members of Tarporley Lodge donated £500 and Freemasons Charity used their matched funding scheme to donate a further £500 to the charity. The £1,000 will be used by a family this summer to continue the wishes of a little girl who will be remembered for her great kindness.

A splendid example of how Freemasonry is helping the local community and giving relief to those less fortunate than ourselves. Freemasonry “Does Care” and we have demonstrated it by this generous donation from Tarporley Members.
