John Brunner Lodge No. 2799 initiate a Lewis in consecutive meetings

At its April meeting, John Brunner Lodge No. 2799,  initiated their second Lewis in the past twelve months.

Bro Colin Rose, son of 40 year plus veteran WBro Eric Rose was initiated by the WM, WBro Tom Browne on Wednesday 20th April in an exemplary fashion. The charge after initiation was delivered by an old family friend, WBro Garnet Marshall and the First Degree tools by newly raised Bro Jeff Burgess.

A lively Festive Board at the Middlewich Masonic Hall followed to welcome Bro Colin into the Lodge with WBro Eric proposing a visibly emotional toast to the Initiate.

The WM, WBro Tom Browne gladly vacated the Chair of King Solomon to allow WBro Andy to bring his son into Freemasonry. The charge was delivered by an old family friend, WBro Dave Palin and the tools by newly raised Bro John Gooding. A typically warm and friendly Festive Board followed to welcome Bro Jim into the Lodge with WBro Andy, the proud father proposing the toast to the initiate.
