Freemasons Open their Doors

Sandbach Freemasons opened their doors to the Masonic Hall that stands on The Common in the town centre on Saturday (7th July 2018).

Members of the public were invited in to see what Freemasonry is all about and to dispel some of the misconceptions that have grown up around the fraternity.

Adverts placed in local papers drew members of the public who were curious to see inside the lodge rooms and speak to Freemasons regarding their society.

Members of the public meet the Freemasons.

Exhibits of regalia, the various items within the Lodge room as well as information concerning Lady Freemasons were all examined and explained by the members of the lodges who were present and openly discussed what the Freemasons were about. Cheshire Freemasons have a website at where much more information can be seen.
