All the Brethren present at that meeting made their daily advancement in Masonic knowledge in that nobody had seen the demonstration before! Also present at the meeting was WBro Keith Howbrigg, PPrJGD, the Area 3 Mentor who assisted the Worshipful Master WBro Dr Hakim Senane in installing the Lodge Mentor – who this year is WBro Harold Sadler, PProvJGW. WBro Howbrigg also gave a presentation of how he sees mentoring in Area 3 and described the role and best practise of the Lodge Mentor.
De Sala has seen a very healthy influx of new brethren over the past 12 months and the impetus that they have given to the Lodge cannot be denied with each and every brother keen to take part in ceremonies and learn pieces of ritual. A full social calendar is also planned for the year with several events over the summer recess.
