Area 3 Masters and First Principals Dinner

The first of the new format Annual Dinners for Area 3 was held at Sale Masonic Hall for the Masters and First Principals on Monday 30th November 2015. Acting Officers, the Area committee and the Area 3 leaders were also invited.  The principal Guest was EComp John Robert Bramley PGStdB, Deputy Grand Superintendent.

All 34 Lodges and 16 Chapters in the area covered by Craft Area 3 were represented at the buffet meal.  Before sitting down to an excellent meal, the Brethren and Companions had the chance to meet in the bar and make new acquaintances.

After a relaxed and informal meal, the Area Chairman, WBro Adrian Morgan PAGDC, gave a short speech where he outlined the importance of Lodges supporting the work of the Area by making a small donation.

EComp Bramley spoke of the new PGM / MEGS who he said had ‘hit the ground running’ creating the format for the Area dinners. He also spoke about the need to retain and recruit members including initiatives that could be adopted by the Province together with the Masonic halls.

Following the meal, an open forum question and answer session was held for the benefit of the attendees.
