All4U – Charity Donation of £1,000 – Cranage Village Hall

The All4U is a charity which supports adults with special needs. Dave May and Carol Cooper are the inspiration behind the group.

On Friday 26th June I had the pleasure of attending the group while they talked, listened to music and danced the evening away in a safe supportive environment, at Cranage Village Hall.

WBro Colin Ross (Provincial Charity Stewart) and Adrian Morgan (Area 3 Chairman), presented a cheque of £1,000 to the group.

Just over 4 years ago Dave and Carol started the group with just four members. There was no place for their child to socialise in the local area and they set about putting that right.

Adrian Morgan was asked at the first Christmas party to act as Father Christmas, which he performed admirably in his own happy style. Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. Adrian has been lucky enough to be able to attend numerous events and I believe he has been Father Christmas every year since  in support of this worthy cause.

The group relies solely on donations from local groups and friends of All4U. This is why the donation is so valuable and will have the immediate effect of sustaining the group and allowing them to plan for the future.

This group is becoming very popular with people attending from a widening area, which stretches past Knutsford.

If anyone would like to attend or help and get involved, Dave and Carol can be contacted in Holmes Chapel on 01477 532403 (
