Wirral Sound Youth Marching Band Receive Help from Cheshire Freemasons

The Wirral Sound Youth Marching Band appealed to the Cheshire Freemasons Charity to support sending members of their Band to partake in the opening of the Birmingham International Tattoo in November.

After listening to a magnificent repertoire of military and nostalgic music together with an intricate marching routine,  W.Bro. Garry Usherwood, charity steward for Area 1 was please to hand over a cheque for £500 at their rehearsal night last Tuesday.  The Wirral Sound Marching Band is one of the few marching bands left in the area and lead parades for Remembrance Day and scout groups.
